His main market focus is primarily in the NW and NE  regions of Calgary, but is very knowledgeable about the entire Calgary area.

What sets Mohamed apart is the fiduciary care he prioritizes with his  clients above anything else, as well as his professional negotiation  skills. One of Mohamed’s key  achievements is getting the highest historical price per square foot in  Maitland NE for his seller clients.
